This is a minimal fuss, plug and play solution that offers the most flexibility, all for one monthly bill. Perfect for clients who may need to scale up or down within a short period.
Managed
A customisable and fully self-contained space which feels more like ‘your own’, run by a third party operator that manages the services. The fit-out, branding and furniture are rolled into one monthly fee.
Lease
A direct contract with the landlord or existing leaseholder, typically taken on a longer-term basis, although subleases can be shorter. The tenant will be responsible for the management and fit-out of the space.
