HIVE was founded in April 2024, but the idea had been forming for years. After working on behalf of landlords for over a decade, we realised tenants were often getting the short end of the stick. Agents chased big commissions, leaving smaller businesses without the care and due diligence they deserved.
We set out to change that.

Jack Cannon
Jack brings a wealth of experience and a vast industry network. Having worked in senior roles across the entire office relocation supply chain from top London office brokers to high-end co-working operators he knows the market inside out. Jack has successfully guided startups, SMEs, and blue-chip corporates through complex office transactions, ensuring they get the best deals and spaces that support their growth.
Mark Wakefield
Mark spent 10 years in a senior role at one of the largest flex operators, helping expand and manage their portfolio. His hands-on experience gives him a sharp eye for negotiating favourable commercial terms for tenants.
Known for his diligent and honest approach, Mark specialises in optimising property portfolios and driving sustainable growth for his clients.
